Complimentary Service Inspection Package, Enhanced Owners Dashboard

Peace of Mind Service Package

Beginning on January 1, 2024, all new Ford cars will come with a free Peace of Mind service package that includes two (2) free labour services on periodic maintenance schedule (PMS) services and a free inspection that can be used within two months or two thousand kilometres, whichever comes first.

All Ford cars bought after January 1, 2024, will receive free labour on their first (12 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first) and second PMS (24 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first) services in addition to the complimentary inspection package. For the first PMS service, Next-Gen Ranger, Everest, or Territory vehicles that were bought before January 1, 2024, will also receive free labour.

Customers who meet the requirements can schedule a service appointment by visiting www.ford.com.ph/service-booking, the Ford website's online service booking platform. Customers may easily schedule service appointments at their preferred Ford dealership at any time or location with Online Service Booking. In addition, they will be able to change their reservation on the system and receive an instant confirmation of it.

The Service Price Calculator is a useful tool that goes hand in hand with Online Service Booking. It lets consumers know how much PMS service will cost based on the model of their car and the Ford dealer of their choice before they schedule a service appointment.

Enhanced Owner's Dashboard

Ford Philippines has upgraded its Owners Dashboard on the website, providing a more streamlined and comprehensive platform for Ford vehicle owners. This enhanced dashboard offers a range of features, including real-time information on fuel level, oil life, tire pressure, and current mileage for FordPass-enabled vehicles. Owners can also conveniently update their SYNC system, if applicable, through this new dashboard to ensure smooth connectivity with their mobile devices.

Moreover, the dashboard serves as a valuable resource hub for customers, offering access to a Digital Owner’s Manual, informative articles, and answers to frequently asked questions. In the event of a Field Service Action, owners can quickly check whether their vehicle is affected through the dashboard.

A key benefit of the enhanced dashboard is the simplified user experience, as owners only need to create one account, which they can use for various purposes such as making online reservations for vehicles and activating FordPass.

To access the Owners Dashboard, Ford vehicle owners can visit www.ford.com.ph/support/vehicle-dashboard, where they can register, log in, and enroll up to ten (10) Ford vehicles by entering the vehicle identification number (VIN).
